Questions, answered

Everything you'd ask on the call.

How the build works, what it costs, what you own at the end, and where the edges are. If your question isn't here, ask us directly — we answer in plain English.

The basics

What we do, how long it takes, and what you walk away owning.

Do I need to be technical to run my SaaS?
Not at all. That's the whole point — we handle every technical piece of the GHL SaaS setup (SaaS mode, configuration, snapshots, automations, white-label). You focus on selling your software. We also hand over training assets and a full walkthrough.
How is this different from a general GHL agency?
General agencies build funnels and run campaigns. We do one thing: set up and launch your GoHighLevel SaaS offering. That focus means we know SaaS mode, configuration and snapshot automation deeply — so your platform is done right the first time.
How long does the SaaS setup take?
Most SaaS builds are launch-ready in about 7 days from the discovery call. The scope is fixed and clear up front, so there's no open-ended timeline or scope creep.
Who owns the account and the revenue?
You do — completely. It's your GoHighLevel account, your branding, your customers and 100% of the recurring revenue. We set it up for you and step back; nothing stays tied to us.
What are automated snapshots, and why do they matter?
A snapshot is a reusable template of pipelines, funnels, calendars and workflows. We build and automate yours so every new customer gets a fully configured account the moment they sign up — no manual setup for your team, and a great first experience for them.
What happens after my SaaS launches?
You go live with a launch plan to start signing up customers. Need ongoing help scaling, adding features or building new snapshots later? We offer optional support — but you're never dependent on us to operate.
Pricing & plans

What each plan covers, and how to tell which one you actually need.

What's included in the one-time SaaS Setup?
Everything needed to go live: a GoHighLevel account audit, SaaS mode enabled and configured (plans, tiers, feature limits, permissions), Stripe rebilling, your white-label domain and branding, an industry snapshot carrying 15 templates with the automations built across all of them, and that snapshot auto-deploying to every new customer. Plus a funnel with its automations, a customer onboarding flow, three training calls a week, and 14 days of post-launch support.
How is Hourly different from SaaS Setup?
Hourly buys you hands on your individual client accounts — funnels, workflows, fixes, consulting — at $38/hr with no commitment. It does not include the SaaS build: no SaaS mode configuration and no snapshot. SaaS Setup is that build, and it's the product we're known for — we take an empty or half-configured account and hand back a launch-ready, white-label SaaS with a 15-template snapshot behind it. If you want to sell software, take SaaS Setup. If you just need someone working on the client accounts you already run, take Hourly.
Why is Agency so much cheaper per hour?
Because you're committing monthly instead of booking us ad hoc. Agency is $2,495/month for 40 hours of build time a week, which works out at roughly $15/hr — about 60% below the $38 hourly rate. You're trading flexibility for rate: Hourly has no commitment and costs more per hour, Agency reserves capacity for you and costs far less.
Do I need the Agency plan to launch?
No — SaaS Setup gets you launched. Agency includes that same build and then covers what comes after: 40 hours of build time a week at roughly $15/hr, ongoing snapshot updates, AI agents, a white-label support desk for your customers, and a dedicated account manager. Most people launch on SaaS Setup and move to Agency once they have paying customers to support.
How long does a build take?
About a week for a standard SaaS Setup build, from kickoff to a launch-ready account. Heavier work — a large custom snapshot, unusual integrations, migrating an existing customer base — takes longer, and we tell you the timeline in the fixed quote before you commit.
Do I need to be technical?
No — that's the entire point. We handle SaaS mode, rebilling, domains, DNS, A2P registration, snapshots and automations. You focus on selling. Before launch we hand over training assets and walk your team through the platform.
Are plans really white-label?
Yes. The platform ships under your domain, your logo and your colours, and your customers never see GHL Spark at any point. On the Agency plan we also answer your customers' support tickets under your brand.
Who owns the GoHighLevel account?
You do, always. It's your agency account, your Stripe, your customers and your revenue. We work inside your account and hand it back — there's no lock-in, and nothing to migrate away from if you stop working with us.
Is the GoHighLevel subscription included in the price?
No. You pay HighLevel directly for your agency plan, and SaaS mode requires their higher tier. Our pricing covers the build and the support, not your platform licence — which is what keeps the account in your name rather than ours.
What is A2P 10DLC, and do you handle it?
It's the US carrier registration that lets your customers send SMS from the platform; without it, texts get filtered or blocked. On SaaS Setup we guide you through the submission. On Agency we handle it for you, including resubmissions if a carrier rejects the first attempt.
Do you build snapshots for my niche?
Yes. The snapshot is built around the industry you sell into — the pipelines, funnels, calendars and workflows that buyer actually needs — so your customers get a useful account the moment they sign up, instead of an empty CRM.
What if my account is already partly set up?
Common, and fine. We start with an audit, tell you what's usable and what needs rebuilding, and price the build accordingly. You don't pay us to redo work that's already sound.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Agency is month-to-month with no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Hourly is fully on-demand, and SaaS Setup is a one-time payment with nothing recurring.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. If none of the three plans fit — a large migration, a multi-brand rollout, an unusual integration — request a custom quote. We scope it on a free call and send a fixed price before any work starts.
