Terms of Service
What we agree to do, what we ask of you, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Last updated: 11 September 2026
These terms govern your use of ghlspark.com and any service you buy from GHL Spark — GoHighLevel SaaS setup, hourly support, agency-level service, snapshots and workflow packs. By booking a call, buying a product or engaging us, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.
1. What we provide
We configure GoHighLevel for agencies: SaaS mode, plans, rebilling, permissions, snapshots, workflows, funnels and white-label branding. The precise scope of any engagement is whatever we set out in the written quote you accept. That quote, not this page and not anything said on a call, defines the work.
Where a quote is fixed, it is fixed for the scope described in it. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it, never added silently to an invoice.
2. What we need from you
Most delays come from access rather than from the build, so this matters more than it looks.
- Admin access to the GoHighLevel account and any connected service the work touches, granted promptly and kept active for the engagement.
- Accurate information about your offering, pricing and audience.
- A named person who can make decisions and answer questions within a reasonable time.
- Your own accounts with third-party providers — GoHighLevel, Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe and the like — and the subscription costs that come with them.
- Responsibility for the content you ask us to publish, and for the rights to use it.
If work stalls because access or answers are outstanding, timelines move accordingly. We will always tell you when that happens rather than let a deadline pass quietly.
3. Fees and payment
- Hourly support is billed at the published rate, in arrears, against a record of the time spent.
- One-time setup is payable before the build begins unless the quote says otherwise.
- Monthly service is billed in advance and continues until cancelled.
- Snapshots and workflow packs are paid at checkout and delivered immediately.
Prices on the pricing page are current at the time of publication and may change, but a quote you have accepted is held at the price quoted. Third-party subscription costs are yours and are not included in our fees. Invoices are due within 7 days unless agreed otherwise, and we may pause work on overdue accounts after telling you first.
4. Cancellation
Monthly service can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no notice period, no exit fee and no minimum term. We do not pro-rate part-months.
We may end an engagement if fees go unpaid, if we are asked to do something unlawful, or if the working relationship becomes untenable. If we do, we will hand over the work completed to date.
5. Refunds
Snapshots and workflow packs are digital goods delivered instantly, and once an import link has been used the product cannot be returned. They are therefore sold without a general right of change-of-mind refund.
That is not a licence for us to sell something broken. If a snapshot or workflow does not import, or does not do what its description says, tell us and we will fix it or refund it. For services, unstarted work is refundable in full; work already done is not.
6. Ownership and licence
The account is yours and stays yours. On full payment you own the configuration we build inside it — pipelines, workflows, funnels, forms and settings — along with your own brand assets and content. We do not hold accounts hostage and we do not retain a lien over your setup.
Snapshots and workflow packs are licensed, not sold. You get a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to deploy a purchased snapshot across the sub-accounts of the agency that bought it. You may not resell, publish or redistribute the snapshot itself as a standalone product.
Our own underlying methods, templates and tooling remain ours, and we may reuse them on other engagements. Nothing we reuse contains your data or your confidential information.
7. Confidentiality
Each side will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This survives the end of the engagement. How we handle personal data specifically is set out in the privacy policy.
8. Third-party platforms
Our work sits on top of platforms we do not control. GoHighLevel changes its features, pricing and interface on its own schedule, and carriers change messaging rules — A2P 10DLC registration in particular is decided by carriers, not by us or by GoHighLevel.
We are not responsible for outages, deprecations, policy changes, price rises or rejections by those providers. We will tell you when one affects your build and propose the way around it.
9. What we do not promise
We build the system. We cannot promise what the market does with it. We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, customers, conversions, rankings or revenue, and you should treat any figure discussed on a call as an illustration rather than a commitment.
Case studies and testimonials describe what specific clients achieved in their circumstances. They are not a forecast of yours.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.
Subject to that, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the claim arose.
11. Trademarks
This site is not part of, or endorsed by, HighLevel. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel, Inc.
We are an independent agency that builds on the platform. Other product names on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those products.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page will change when we do. Updates apply to engagements starting after the change. A quote you have already accepted keeps the terms in force when you accepted it.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms go to [email protected], or use the contact page. We answer the same day.
