These aren't budgets we're expected to spend. They're how long the work actually takes — and if we believe a task will run past its number, we flag it before continuing and explain why.

That's the early-warning system for scope creep. You find out that a job has grown while there is still a decision to make, not on the invoice.

Hours are per task, not per project — three landing pages is three builds. Anything outside this table gets estimated the same way, before work starts.

Getting started

What do we need from you?

Four things get an engagement moving. Missing one isn't a blocker — it just means the first hour goes on chasing it instead of building.

01

Branding assets

Logo, colours, and any style references you want the build to match.

02

Access

Admin access to GoHighLevel, plus any connected tool the work has to touch.

03

Copy & offers

The words and the offer — or approval to adapt what you already have.

04

The lead flow you want

What should happen after a form submit, a booking, a no-show. Not sure? We will propose one.

How the hours are billed

  • Hourly is billed on time actually spent — implementing, configuring, testing and revising.
  • The hours above are execution time per task, not per project. Three landing pages is three builds.
  • Anything we expect to take longer than the time listed gets flagged before we continue, with the reason.
  • New custom builds, major redesigns and full platform migrations sit outside hourly work. Those get their own estimate, or one of the fixed-price plans.

Need the bigger build instead? The one-time SaaS Setup and the monthly Agency plan are both on the pricing page, and the FAQ covers what you own at the end of either.

Hourly FAQ

Questions, answered.

What people ask before booking hourly work. If yours isn't here, ask us directly — we answer the same day.

How does hourly GoHighLevel support work?
You tell us what you need — or just show us your current flow — and we estimate the hours before starting. Work is billed at $28/hr on time actually spent implementing, configuring, testing and revising. There is no monthly commitment and no retainer to sign.
What happens if a task takes longer than the time listed?
We flag it before we continue and explain why. The hours published on this page are how long each task takes to execute in the normal case, not a budget to be filled, so a task heading past its number is the earliest signal that the work has grown — and you get to decide what happens next before the hours are spent.
What makes a build complex rather than simple?
The build, not the brief. A landing page is simple when it follows a reference design; it becomes complex with custom layouts, sliders or carousels, animations, custom CSS/JS, interactive elements or third-party embeds. A GoHighLevel workflow is simple with a linear set of steps and complex once it has multiple branches, pipeline or appointment logic, or external integrations. Each row of the table lists exactly what pushes it over.
What do you need from me before you start?
Four things: branding assets (logo, colours, style references), admin access to GoHighLevel and any connected tools, your copy and offers (or approval to adapt existing material), and the lead flow you want — what should happen after a form submit, a booking, or a no-show.
What is not included in hourly work?
New custom builds, major redesigns and full platform migrations are outside the hourly scope. So is launching your own white-label SaaS — that is what the one-time SaaS Setup plan is for. Anything in those categories gets a separate estimate rather than being absorbed into hourly hours.
Should I choose hourly or one of the fixed plans?
Choose hourly when the work sits inside individual client accounts — funnels, workflows, tech fixes, on-demand consulting — and you want to pay for exactly what you use. Choose the one-time SaaS Setup when the goal is launching your own GoHighLevel SaaS, and the monthly Agency plan when you need continuous build capacity at a lower effective rate. All three are on the pricing page.

Tell us what you need built.

Share your current flow — or just the parts that aren't working — and we'll come back with the hours each task takes and where we'd start. Work begins at $28/hr once you're happy with the estimate.
