These aren't budgets we're expected to spend. They're how long the work actually takes — and if we believe a task will run past its number, we flag it before continuing and explain why.
That's the early-warning system for scope creep. You find out that a job has grown while there is still a decision to make, not on the invoice.
Hours are per task, not per project — three landing pages is three builds. Anything outside this table gets estimated the same way, before work starts.
What do we need from you?
Four things get an engagement moving. Missing one isn't a blocker — it just means the first hour goes on chasing it instead of building.
Branding assets
Logo, colours, and any style references you want the build to match.
Access
Admin access to GoHighLevel, plus any connected tool the work has to touch.
Copy & offers
The words and the offer — or approval to adapt what you already have.
The lead flow you want
What should happen after a form submit, a booking, a no-show. Not sure? We will propose one.
How the hours are billed
- Hourly is billed on time actually spent — implementing, configuring, testing and revising.
- The hours above are execution time per task, not per project. Three landing pages is three builds.
- Anything we expect to take longer than the time listed gets flagged before we continue, with the reason.
- New custom builds, major redesigns and full platform migrations sit outside hourly work. Those get their own estimate, or one of the fixed-price plans.
Need the bigger build instead? The one-time SaaS Setup and the monthly Agency plan are both on the pricing page, and the FAQ covers what you own at the end of either.
Questions, answered.
What people ask before booking hourly work. If yours isn't here, ask us directly — we answer the same day.
How does hourly GoHighLevel support work?
What happens if a task takes longer than the time listed?
What makes a build complex rather than simple?
What do you need from me before you start?
What is not included in hourly work?
Should I choose hourly or one of the fixed plans?
Tell us what you need built.
Share your current flow — or just the parts that aren't working — and we'll come back with the hours each task takes and where we'd start. Work begins at $28/hr once you're happy with the estimate.
