Best White Label Marketplace Software in 2026: GoHighLevel vs Vendasta and SuiteDash

The word marketplace means two very different businesses. Ten white label platforms ranked — a catalogue of many products, or one deep platform you sell as your own SaaS.

In short

A ranked guide to the best white label marketplace software, comparing ten platforms on price, control and margin, with GoHighLevel first for selling one deep platform as your own SaaS and an honest best pick for every other need.

The word "marketplace" tripped me up for a long time. An agency owner would ask me for the best white label marketplace software, and I would start picturing one thing while they pictured another. We were talking past each other.

So I began asking one question back. Do you want to resell many products under your brand? Or do you want to sell one deep platform as your own software?

Those are two different businesses. One is a shop with many shelves. The other is a single product with your name on it. Both get called "marketplace software", and that is where people get stuck.

This guide ranks ten platforms for both meanings. Prices are the ones each company publishes, checked in September 2026. Where a company only quotes on a sales call, I say so. GoHighLevel sits at the top for selling one platform deeply, and I will show you exactly why.

How did I rank these platforms?

I used the same four questions on every one.

1. One product or many? Are you reselling a catalogue of tools, or one deep platform as your own SaaS? SaaS means software clients pay a monthly subscription to use.

2. Your brand and your prices. Can clients log in on your web address, see your logo, and never meet the maker? Can you set your own price?

3. Billing that runs itself. When a client pays, does their account set itself up and bill on its own? Or does your team build it by hand?

4. Margin as you grow. What does it cost at 20 or 50 clients? Can you mark up usage, such as text messages?

What is white label marketplace software?

White label marketplace software is software you resell under your own brand. The customer sees your name, logo and web address. The maker runs the servers and updates in the background.

The word "marketplace" hides two very different models. In the first, you resell a catalogue of many third-party products, like websites, listings and reviews. In the second, you sell one deep platform as your own SaaS, with your prices and your billing.

I compare the wider field of reselling any software in best white label software as a service. This guide is narrower. It is about that one choice: a catalogue of many, or one platform sold deeply.

1. GoHighLevel — one deep platform you sell as your own SaaS

GoHighLevel is a full marketing and sales platform. You can resell the whole thing under your own brand. Its SaaS mode, on the $497 Agency Pro plan, is built for exactly that.

This is not a catalogue of other people's tools. It is one product, sold deeply. Clients log in on your web address. They see your logo. They pay you, not HighLevel.

Here is the part that decides your margin. SaaS mode connects three things that most tools keep apart: the client's payment, their account setup, and their usage billing. When one payment lands, a full working system appears. No manual build.

I will not pretend it is plug-and-play. The first snapshot I built for SaaS mode took me about two days to get right. Once it worked, every new client loaded from it in seconds.

Here is how you set it up, in plain steps:

  1. Build a pricing page in Sites → Funnels with your plans, for example $149, $299 and $499 a month.
  2. Connect a dedicated Stripe account in the SaaS Configurator, then create each plan there.
  3. Build one system in a template account: pipeline, booking calendar, missed-call text-back and review requests. Save it as a snapshot, a saved copy of that whole setup.
  4. Attach the snapshot to each plan, turn on rebilling for texts and emails, and set your markup.
  5. Add your own web address and logo in agency settings.

Why it usually works out cheaper

The Agency Pro plan is $497 a month. That looks high next to SuiteDash at $19. But it includes unlimited client accounts and the full platform. Many rivals charge per user or per client, or need add-ons for texting and pages. At 20 or 50 clients, GoHighLevel usually has the lowest cost per client.

What the same subscription also covers

  • The full platform to resell: CRM, funnels, calendars, email and SMS, plus AI and reputation tools
  • Rebilling, so usage bills at your own markup
  • Your own domain on every client login
  • A branded mobile app, as a paid add-on
  • Snapshots that copy a full working system into each new client

If you want the deep dive on this one model, I wrote the GoHighLevel white-label SaaS reseller guide. The honest limit here is simple. GoHighLevel is one platform, not a catalogue. It takes real work to set up SaaS mode, the snapshot and billing well.

2. Vendasta — the real catalogue of many products

If "marketplace" means a shop with many shelves, Vendasta is the true version. It gives you a catalogue of hundreds of software products and services to resell under your brand, from listings to websites to reviews.

The pricing works by offset. There is no flat subscription. Instead you meet a monthly minimum spend of $99, $499 or $999, and your wholesale purchases count against it. The higher tiers sit on a one-year contract, and full white label branding starts on them.

Your margin depends on the wholesale price of each product you resell. That is the trade. You get breadth, but you are a shopkeeper managing many suppliers, not the maker of one deep product. For agencies that want many products from one place, this is the pick.

3. SuiteDash — a branded portal when projects lead

SuiteDash comes at this from the client-portal side. It bundles CRM, projects, invoices, files and a portal, all under your branding.

The price is the headline. Direct plans are $19, $49 and $99 a month, and white labeling, including a custom branded mobile app, is on every tier. Reseller wholesale runs $14, $34 and $69 per client account.

The marketing tools are lighter here. Texting, funnels and follow-up automation do not match GoHighLevel's depth. There is no SaaS mode that bills and sets up clients on its own. For service businesses where projects and portals matter most, it fits well.

4. Ontraport — deep automation for one business

Ontraport is strong, but it points the other way. It gives one business deep marketing automation and detailed reporting.

Plans run from about $79 a month for Basic, up to $147 and $297, with Enterprise quoted on request. Extra users cost about $46 a month each.

Here is the catch for a reseller. It is not designed to sell under your brand to many clients. I would reach for it if I ran one company with complex offers, not if I wanted a marketplace. For automating your own sales, it is a fine choice.

5. Zoho — lowest cost per user, heavier setup

Zoho tempts you with price. Its CRM starts at about $14 per user a month on annual billing, and there is a free plan for three users.

The rebranding story is weaker. Real white labeling runs through Zoho's developer and partner programs, not a simple switch. As a normal reseller, you still sell Zoho's brand.

I like Zoho for a technical team on a tight budget. The setup takes more work than a point-and-click SaaS mode. For agencies with those skills and low per-user needs, the maths can work.

6. Simvoly — a white label website builder

Simvoly keeps its scope narrow, and that is its strength. It is a website and funnel builder with dedicated white label plans.

White label plans are $69, $149 and $497 a month on monthly billing, with a small fee per project on top. You resell websites under your brand, cleanly.

It is a builder, not a full CRM with texting and pipelines. Email marketing is a paid add-on. For a web design agency that mainly sells sites, it does one job well.

7. Kartra — courses and funnels, not a true reseller product

Kartra is excellent at one thing that is not reselling. It bundles funnels, email, memberships and checkout for people selling their own courses, with plans from $59 to $549 a month.

I want to be straight about this. You can use your own domain, but you cannot resell Kartra to many clients under your brand. It is a tool for your own business, so it belongs here as a contrast, not a true marketplace option. For a course creator, it is a strong single tool.

8. SharpSpring — agency marketing automation

SharpSpring, now part of Constant Contact, built its name on marketing automation for agencies. It handles email automation, lead scoring and a CRM, with white labeling and multi-client management.

The price is quote only. Third-party reports often mention around $449 a month and up. I could not find a public figure to confirm, so treat that as a guide, not a quote.

It has no texting-first tools like missed-call text-back. For an agency focused on email automation for B2B clients, it earns a look.

9. Act-On — the enterprise agency tier

Act-On is the grown-up option, with a grown-up price. It is a mature marketing automation platform for bigger teams, priced by active contacts.

The Professional plan starts at $900 a month on an annual contract. That alone rules it out for most small agencies.

It is not built as a resell-under-your-brand product for small businesses. I would only suggest it to larger teams serving mid-sized B2B clients. For them, the reporting and segmentation are strong.

10. Marketing 360 — a done-for-you reseller programme

Marketing 360 sells software with a human attached. It bundles its platform with a marketing expert who helps run it.

Prices are quote only, and the terms include a minimum contract period. You trade clear pricing for hands-on service. For a business that wants software plus done-for-you marketing from one supplier, that trade can make sense.

Where does the margin come from for a software reseller?

Many people think the margin is simple: charge $299, pay the platform less. There is more to it.

Your subscription margin is the gap between your price and the platform cost per client. On a fixed fee with unlimited clients, this margin grows with every client you add.

Your usage margin is a markup on texts, calls and emails, where the platform allows rebilling. Your setup fee is a one-time charge to build each new client, if your offer includes help.

Then come the traps:

  • Minimum spends you must hit each month, even with few clients.
  • Per-user or per-client fees that climb with every sale.
  • Heavy usage from one client, when texts are not marked up.
  • Support time. If every client needs an hour a week, your software business becomes a service business again.
  • Churn. Clients who never set anything up leave in month two.

The best protection is a strong snapshot. When the system works on day one, clients stay. If you want to add services on top of the software, I cover that model in best value-added reseller software.

Why can GoHighLevel resell one platform as your own SaaS?

GoHighLevel can do this because it is one system with one shared contact record. The CRM, calendar, SMS and email all read and write the same record. So a form, a call or a payment can trigger the next step at once, with no Zapier hop between separate tools.

SaaS mode adds a second layer on top of that shared core. Here is the chain, step by step:

  1. Trigger: a client pays through your checkout, and the payment succeeds in Stripe.
  2. Action: GoHighLevel creates their account and loads your snapshot into it, so pages, calendars and automations are ready.
  3. Result: the client logs in on your web address and finds a working system, built by nobody on your team.

Usage runs the same way. Each client account holds a small prepaid balance, called a wallet. When they send a text, the cost comes out at your price, so you earn on every message.

That is the difference between a branded tool and a business. Most platforms stop at the logo. GoHighLevel connects the payment, the setup and the billing into one flow.

Who sets this up for you?

GoHighLevel is the platform, and you subscribe to it directly from HighLevel. GHL Spark is not HighLevel. We do not resell the subscription or sell a CRM. You can start a free HighLevel trial and set up SaaS mode yourself.

What we do is the build. We set up SaaS mode, your plans and pricing page, rebilling, your white label domain, the branded app, and the snapshot that loads into every new client. Then we test it end to end.

  • $28/hour, pay as you go, for a defined job with hours estimated up front.
  • $995 one-time, the complete SaaS setup, done once and yours to keep.
  • $1,495/month, an ongoing build team if you are shipping continuously.

Frequently asked questions

What is white label marketplace software?
It is software you resell under your own brand. The term covers two models. One is a catalogue of many products from other makers, which you resell under your name. The other is a single deep platform that you sell as your own software. GoHighLevel fits the second model, and Vendasta fits the first.
Is GoHighLevel a marketplace of many products?
No, and this is the honest part. GoHighLevel is one deep platform, not a catalogue of many vendors. You resell one product under your brand, with the best margin and the most control. If you want a shop with hundreds of third-party products on the shelves, Vendasta is built for that.
What is the best white label agency platform?
For selling one complete system to small businesses under your brand, GoHighLevel is the most complete white label agency platform, because SaaS mode handles branding, pricing and automatic billing in one place. For a catalogue of many products, Vendasta wins instead.
How does a white label software reseller make money?
A white label software reseller earns in three ways. First, the gap between your client price and your platform cost. Second, a markup on usage like texts and emails, where the platform allows rebilling. Third, a one-time setup fee per client. Margin grows as you add clients on a fixed fee.
How much does white label marketplace software cost?
It ranges widely. SuiteDash starts at $19 a month, GoHighLevel SaaS mode runs on the $497 Agency Pro plan, and Act-On starts at $900 a month on an annual contract. Vendasta has no flat fee but sets a monthly minimum of $99, $499 or $999. Always price the platform at 20 or 50 clients.
Can I start with one product and add more later?
Yes. Many resellers start by selling one deep platform well, then add services around it. I suggest you master one product first, because support and churn are easier to handle. GoHighLevel suits this path, since one subscription already covers CRM, funnels, booking, email and texting.
Is it legal to resell white label software?
Yes, when the maker offers a white label or reseller program and you follow its terms. Read the terms for branding rules, support duties and what you are allowed to say about the product.
